Sam Amberchan was selected as HVIAC Swimmer of the Week after helping the Gryphons to a pair of dual-meet wins to end the fall 2013 semester.

Amberchan won four races, including two individual victories, to aid the Gryphons in defeating Old Westbury and Bard last week. The sophomore swam lead-off legs in both winning 200 medley relays. She also swam the 200 individual medley and 100 backstroke in both meets, winning each event once.
