Dawa Lama had three top-10 finishes and contributed to two third-place relays, helping the SLC men to a third-place finish at the 2016 Skyline Men's Swimming Championships on Friday and Saturday. The rookie's top finish came in the 200 yard breaststroke, when he took a fifth-place in a career-best 2:34.09. Lama also finished seventh in the 100 breaststroke (1:08.69) and eighth in the 200 butterfly (2:41.13). The first year also contributed to a new SLC record in the 200 medley relay (1:46.08) and a third-place finish in the 400 freestyle relay (3:32.01).
