Francesca Kohani led the Gryphons to a 3-1 week (1-1 Skyline) by averaging 4.29 kills, 0.71 service aces and 2.29 digs per set, while hitting .232. The rookie hit .556 (10-0-18) in a three-set victory over Medgar Evers to start the week, and had a program-record 21 kills while passing 14 digs in a four-set triumph over St. Joseph's Brooklyn. The outside hitter added 16 kills, two assisted blocks and seven digs versus Mount Saint Mary and leads the Skyline on the season with an average of 4.06 kills per set this season. For her efforts, Kohani was named Skyline Rookie of the Week.
