In the softball team's season finale doubleheader, Karissa McAuley pitched nearly 10 innings and earned a win and a save in the Gryphons' sweep of New Rochelle. McAuley pitched a complete seven-inning game and struck out eight batters while allowing just one earned run in the opener against the Blue Angels. In game two, McAuley made the start and later re-emerged in the circle to complete the game and notch the second save in team history.
