Ian Gonzalez received the 2017 men's tennis Coaches Award after playing against nine regular-season opponents. He opened the season with wins in singles and doubles against York (March 9). Gonzalez won back-to-back Skyline singles matches against Sage (April 8) and Farmingdale State (April 18). He concluded the season by playing in the top doubles spot in Skyline Championship quarterfinal against Merchant Marine (May 2).
