Naima Mackrel helped the Sarah Lawrence women's swim team to an undefeated Skyline weekend, defeating Maritime (112-81), St. Joseph's Long Island (131-50), Old Westbury (129-56) and St. Joseph's Brooklyn (119-62).
Mackrel won all six races she competed in. In a tri-meet with Maritime and St. Joseph's Long Island, she was the top performer in the 50 yard freestyle (25.64) and 100 yard backstroke (1:01.96). She was also a member of a 200 yard freestyle relay team that posted a first-place finish.
In a tri-meet against Old Westbury and St. Joseph's Brooklyn, Mackrel posted wins in the 50 yard freestyle (25.94) and 100 yard backstroke (1:01.76), while helping a 200 yard freestyle relay to first-place performance.
