First year Drew Lei-Alerta had a strong week against Skyline opponents St. Joseph's Long Island, Maritime and St. Joseph's Brooklyn.
In a tri-meet with the Eagles and Privateers, the rookie was strong in the 200 free, touching the wall in 2:04.07, six seconds faster than the runner-up participant. She also won the 100 fly in 1:02.37, eight seconds faster than the next finisher.
In the dual meet with the Bears, she was the best swimmer in the 200 IM, winning in 2:22.90, 15 seconds faster than the next finisher. The rookie also won the 100 free in 57.93.
