Mary Kauffman earned HVIAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week honors after her performance in Sunday's Queensborough Community College Invitational. She completed the 5K course at Van Cortlandt Park in 21:08 to finish in second overall out of 128 runners. In her season debut, she finished just 18 seconds behind the day's winner and paced the Gryphons to 4th overall in the team competition. Her Runner of the Week selection is the second of her career.
