Drasba was named Sarah Lawrence College crew Head Coach in spring 2017, taking the helm as the program completed its 30th varsity season.
Drasba brings experience as a coach at the collegiate level and as a four-year student-athlete as an undergraduate student. She came to Sarah Lawrence in 2016 and serves as the College's Assistant Director of Community Partnerships.
Most recently, Drasba served as an assistant coach at Vanderbilt University, working with the men's varsity four and women's novice boats. She also coached three seasons at Bowdoin College in Maine, focusing on the women's varsity and novice fours.
As a student-athlete, Drasba competed at her alma mater, Bucknell University, for four seasons. She was a two-time team captain and rowed in the No. 5 seat of the varsity eight boat that won the Bison's first-ever Patriot League Championship in 2006; she repeated as league champion in her senior season in '07.
Drasba earned additional recognition at Bucknell, having been awarded the Robert A. Latour Community Service Award "for extraordinary service to Bucknell and local communities." After finishing her collegiate career, she coached the Bison as a graduate student in 2007-08.
Drasba graduated from Bucknell in 2006 (B.A. English) and in '08 (M.S. Education).
