Box Score FARMINGDALE, N.Y.—Sarah Lawrence College women's soccer was clipped by Farmingdale State, 8-0, in a Skyline Conference game at Rams Field on Tuesday.
Sarah Lawrence (2-7, 0-3 Skyline) was held without a shot in the opening period. Sophomore
Sadie Rose Zavgren (Wilton, N.H./Homeschooled) recorded SLC's only official strike of the day, missing the frame wide.
Farmingdale State (8-3-2, 3-0 Skyline) scored twice in the first ten minutes and led 4-0 at halftime. The Rams totaled 55 shots.
Sophomore
Addie Rosenberg (New York, N.Y./Fusion Academy) set a new SLC record by making 24 saves in the game, smashing her own record of 15 saves set in 2013.
With only one foul called against the Gryphons and two whistles against the Rams, the game also set an SLC record for fewest fouls in a game.
Sarah Lawrence returns to action on Sunday when the Gryphons travel to play York College (N.Y.) at Randall's Island Park.
