BRONXVILLE, N.Y.—Sarah Lawrence College equestrian student-athletes Jessica Cloud (Rockwall, Texas/The Hockaday School) and Rachel Lit (Randolph, Mass./Thayer Academy) have been named to the 2016 Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) All Academic First Team, as announced by the organization in April.

The IHSA National All-Academic Award recognizes the individual academic achievements of participating undergraduate and alumni members each year. IHSA members are named to the All-Academic First Team by achieving a grade point average of 3.8 or higher during the fall semester of their season.

In Advanced Walk Trot Canter, sophomore Cloud collected six ribbons in her rookie year, finishing as high as second place at the All-Region show on Feb. 27.

Riding at Walk Trot, first-year Lit earned a ribbon in five straight shows, including blue ribbons at Marist (Nov. 22) and William Paterson (March 5).
