BROOKLYN, N.Y. –
Camary Jonas (Kingston City, Jamaica/Martin Luther King Jr.) scored the go-ahead goal in the 76th minute to lead the Sarah Lawrence men's soccer team to a 3-2 victory over at St. Joseph's Brooklyn Saturday at Aviator Field.

The Gryphons scored the first two goals of the contest.
Dominic Edwards (Santiago, Chile/The Grange School) scored his first collegiate goal in the 21st minute, following a pair of terrific passes from
George Scott (New York, N.Y./Bard HS Early College) and
Colin Berg (Franklin, Mass./Mount Saint Charles Academy).
Berg later found the back of the net in the 31st minute, blasting a shot from 30 yards out that was misplayed by the goalkeeper.
The Bears countered with a pair of goals to knot the contest at halftime. Kenneth Garcia scored on a shot from 20 yards out in the 39th minute, followed by a successful penalty attempt from Cesar Oviedo in the 42
nd minute.
Jonas scored the decisive goal following a feed into the box from Scott, helping the Gryphons snap a six-game losing streak.
Mehran Hicks (Hartsdale, N.Y./The Masters School) finished with seven saves in the win, passing James Berry (213) to become the program's all-time leader in saves (217).
Saturday's victory was the Gryphons first-ever win as a member of the Skyline conference. It was also victory No. 5, tying a team-record for wins in a single-season.
