YONKERS, N.Y. – The Sarah Lawrence women's soccer team suffered a 6-0 loss to Farmingdale State Saturday at Tibbetts Brook Park on Senior Day.

Clarke Powell (Snellville, Ga./Shiloh) was recognized for her four years of hard work and dedication to the women's soccer program.
The Rams got on the board in the 10th minute when Edasia Martinez scored off a cross from Miranda Ozimek. Rae-Anne Guglielmo flicked in a header in the 36th minute, giving Farmingdale a 2-0 halftime lead.
In the second half, Taylor Howard found the back of the net in the 61st minute and the 65th minute. Aracely Romero scored in the 83rd minute off a service from Cristina Ferrara, while Ashlie Rodriguez scored off a feed from Grace DiMucci in the final moments of the period.
Madison Mertsch (Richmond, Va./Douglas Freeman) finished with 18 saves in the contest, the third-most in a single-game in program history.

Sarah Lawrence concludes the regular season Wednesday (Oct. 25) at St. Joseph's-Brooklyn. The winner of the match will clinch a spot in the Skyline Tournament.
