Women’s Cross Country Concludes Season at NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships

HOUGHTON, N.Y.
– The Sarah Lawrence College women's cross country team concluded its 2017 season Saturday at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships at Houghton's Field of Dreams.

GRYPHON PERFORMANCES
Jemma Fisher (Northampton, Mass./Northampton), the program's first-ever rookie to earn Skyline All-Conference honors, was the Gryphons' top finisher, completing the course in 25:54. Rosa Mykyta-Chomsky (Philadelphia, Pa./Germantown Friends School), a Skyline All-Conference performer, came in three seconds later.

Katie Shepard (Visalia, Calif./Mount Whitney), also a Skyline All-Conference runner, was the third Gryphon finisher in her final collegiate race, followed by Janey Bombara (Newton, Mass./Newton North), Tiffany Meier (Goleta, Calif./Olive Grove Charter), an all-conference performer, Katherine Labadie (New Orleans, La./Benjamin Franklin) and Lea Perry (Long Valley, N.J./West Morris Central) to round out the Sarah Lawrence participants.
