BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – Following a record-setting performance over the weekend against Medgar Evers, first-year student Lauren Ashby (Syracuse, N.Y./William Nottingham) has been named Skyline Conference Women's Soccer Rookie of the Week, announced on Monday.

Ashby led the Gryphons to a historic 17-0 victory over the Cougars at Tibbetts Brook Park, tallying six goals and four assists for 16 points. Her six goals are the most by a Gryphon women's soccer player in school history while her four assists are the second-most in a single-game.

Sarah Lawrence (1-1) is back in action Tuesday with a contest at Saint Elizabeth at 5 p.m.
