PURCHASE, N.Y. – The Sarah Lawrence women's soccer team dropped a Skyline matchup at Purchase Wednesday by a 2-0 margin.

Purchase (3-5, 2-1) def. Sarah Lawrence (3-4-1, 2-2), 2-0.

KEY MOMENTS
The Panthers managed to get on the board in the 41st minute, when Emma Porter blasted a shot to the upper left corner of the netting off a cross from Brianna Pirozzi.

Purchase added insurance in the 52nd minute, when Pirozzi knocked in a goal off an assist from Rebecca Rojas.

The Panthers outshot Sarah Lawrence 26-9 in the game, including a 14-6 advantage in attempts on frame. Keeper Madison Mertsch (Richmond, Va./Douglas Freeman) had a busy afternoon between the pipes, making 12 saves.
