YONKERS, N.Y. – The Sarah Lawrence men's soccer team suffered an 8-0 loss Tuesday to Old Westbury at Fleming Field.

Old Westbury, who entered the day No. 6 in the Skyline standings, scored three goals in the opening period. The Panthers took a 1-0 lead in the 31st minute, as Edens Avril scored his ninth goal of the year, finishing to the near post off a pass from Robson Point Du Jour.
Nick Gino found the back of the net in the 34th minute off a cross from Alex DaSilva and later scored in the 39th minute off a feed from Brian Lopez.
Old Westbury scored five more times in the second half. Gino scored his third goal of the evening in the 68th minute, followed by a score from Lopez in the 71st minute and another from Santiago Lieb 41 seconds later. Grixon Moriera scored in the 77th minute, followed by another goal from Lieb in the 87th minute.
Sarah Lawrence took six shots in the match, including two on target.
