SLC One of Two Skyline Schools to Earn United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Sarah Lawrence men's and women's soccer teams were recognized for their hard work in the classroom on Thursday when United Soccer Coaches announced the winners of the 2017-18 Team Academic Award.
United Soccer Coaches annually recognizes college and high school programs that have excelled in the classroom in addition to their hard work on the field. A total of 773 college teams (289 men, 484 women) posted a team grade-point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the award.
Sarah Lawrence is one of two schools in the Skyline Conference to earn the award, including Yeshiva. In addition, the Gryphons are one of 191 schools that had both their men's and women's programs recognized.
