YONKERS, N.Y. – The Sarah Lawrence College men's soccer team suffered a 3-0 loss to Lehman College Friday in the team's season opening match at Campbell Sports Center.

Lehman, the two-time defending CUNYAC Champions, scored its first goal of the evening in the 14th minute. The Lightening scored two more goals in the second half, coming in the 50th minute and 84th minute.

Sarah Lawrence took nine shots in the contest, including five on frame. In his collegiate debut, Matteo Romano finished with four saves.

Sarah Lawrence returns to action on Labor Day (Sept. 3) for a non-conference match against York at Aviator Field.
