Lofgren Qualifies for IHSA Zone Championships

LONG VALLEY, N.J. – Sarah Lawrence sophomore Mariah Lofgren qualified for the IHSA Zone Championships in Novice over Fences following a strong performance Saturday at the IHSA Regional Championships. Lofgren becomes the first Gryphon since Aya Matsumoto in the 2009-10 campaign to qualify in the group.

RESULTS
Mariah Lofgren: Novice over Fences (2nd – Reserve Champion); Novice Flat (6th)
Sanjana Conroy: Walk/Trot (5th)

UP NEXT
The IHSA Zone Championships are scheduled for Apr. 7 in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.
