YONKERS, N.Y. –
Bridgette Lee recorded a career-high 10 saves as the Sarah Lawrence College women's soccer team faced off against Mount Saint Mary in a Skyline Conference bout on Wednesday night.
Shots were split 5-4 in favor of the Knights before the game's first goal. MSMC broke through 13 seconds after the 35-minute mark.
Lainie Cadieux had an equalizer opportunity saved by the opposing keeper 10 minutes before the break. The Gryphons entered halftime down by one.
Both defenses made it tough for either team to create scoring chances for the majority of the second half. Mount Saint Mary netted the dagger right before the 72-minute mark, cementing the final score.
