PATCHOGUE, N.Y. - The Sarah Lawrence College men's volleyball team faced off against the top-seeded St. Joseph's College of Long Island Golden Eagles in the semifinal round of the Skyline Conference Championship on Thursday night. The Gryphons lost 3-0, concluding their historic season.
SLC finished the season with a program record of eight wins, securing a spot in the postseason tournament for the second year in a row. The Gryphons ranked fifth in the conference in kills (536), third in the conference in digs (811), and fourth in the conference in service aces (164). The 2022 squad set multiple single-season program records, including most digs (845) and most service aces (169).

The Golden Eagles opened the first set with a 20-6 run. SJLI won the set 25-8.
Ralph Calle-Schulz had a kill. SJLI won the second set 25-3. The Gryphons put up 14 points in the third and final set, falling 25-14.
