PURCHASE, N.Y. - The Sarah Lawrence Cross Country Teams had a spectacular Sunday at Purchase College, as the women's cross country team won the 2025 championships. In addition to the Championship Trophy, the Gryphons took home some hardware for individual accolades as well.

Senior Perry Yun led the Gryphons with a fourth-place finish on Sunday, earning a spot on the Skyline's All-Conference First Team in her first season with the team. Fellow member of the Class of 2026 Caitlin McCabe earned her second consecutive all-conference nod, joining Yun on the first team with a seventh-place finish. Sophomore Whitney Hall became the team's third all-conference runner with a ninth-place run on Sunday, earning a spot on the all-conference second team.

On the men's team, Ivo Duwin earned the prestigious Elite 19 Award, given to the participant in each Championship with the highest GPA. Duwin and the men's cross country team finished in ninth place, while the junior became the second-ever Gryphon to receive the award.

Head Coach Tom Diliberto was named the Skyline Women's Cross Country Coach of the Year after leading the team to its first-ever Skyline Conference Championship. In his third season with the program, Diliberto has led five runners to all-conference notoriety and ultimately brought the school its third Skyline Championship.
