PURCHASE, N.Y. - The Sarah Lawrence women's cross country team turned in a dominant performance in their dual meet against Purchase College on Tuesday morning, claiming a decisive 19–42 victory. 11 of the top 13 runners to cross the line donned the green and gold, as the team's depth was on display.
Leading the way for the Gryphons was Perry Yun, who cruised to first place with a time of 17:52, setting the tone for the team's sweep of the top three spots. Caitlin McCabe and Whitney Hall followed closely behind, finishing second and third respectively, both crossing in 19:22. Al Sinclair and Isabella Moya solidified the team win with matching times of 20:10, placing sixth and seventh overall, while Kallisti Milatou-Fakountou and Dahlia Shepherd weren't far behind, finishing in 20:50 and 20:53.
The Gryphons' depth was on full display as Genevieve Clark, Haley Balka, Emery Brandhorst, and Stella Lissak all turned in strong supporting performances to round out the lineup. Sarah Lawrence's commanding top-three sweep and cohesive pacing earned them a clear team victory, marking another strong step forward in an impressive fall campaign
