How it Happened
After conceding twice in the opening 11 minutes to fall behind 2–0, the Gryphons clawed their way back into the match and cut the deficit before halftime when Bronshvag struck in the 30th minute to make it 2-1. Coming out of the break with renewed energy, Sarah Lawrence continued to push forward, and Bronshvag delivered again in the 54th minute with his second goal of the match to bring the score level at 2-2. With the momentum fully on their side, the Gryphons kept pressing and eventually found the winner in the 81st minute, when Seas scored his first goal of the season to give SLC its first lead of the day. From there, the defense held firm to close out the 3–2 victory, while goalkeeper Elijah Shohat came up with several key saves to keep the team within reach earlier in the match.
