BRONXVILLE, N.Y. - Sarah Lawrence first years Sarah Theriault and Mikel Miller both earned recognition from the Skyline Conference this week, with both players earning honorable mentions in their respective sports.

Theriault and the Gryphons took the court twice this week, taking on Mount Saint Vincent and Purchase College in a pair of road contests in the final stretch of the regular season. The first year poured in 19 points against the Dolphins along with eight assists before a 17-point and 11-rebound effort against Purchase. The Maine product now has six double-doubles on the season while averaging 16.5 points, 7.1 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 2.0 steals per game. Theriault and the Gryphons will return to action on Saturday as they wrap up the regular season against St. Joseph's Brooklyn.

Miller and the Gryphons took on Fisher College this week in a doubleheader, resulting in a pair of 3-0 victories for the team and a standout performance from Miller. The Littleton, Colorado product totaled nine blocks, including five solo blocks to help the Gryphons to a pair of wins. Miller was excellent in both matches, but led the team with six kills and six total blocks in the nightcap, hitting .600 with no errors as the Gryphons closed out the day with a win. Miller and the team will start conference play on Tuesday, February 12th as they travel to take on Yeshiva before returning to Bronxville on both Thursday and Saturday, wrapping up the week with a tri-match against York and Dean this weekend.
