BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – The Sarah Lawrence College women's tennis team released its 2026 schedule, opening its campaign on Friday, September 4, at Bard College at 4:00 p.m.

The Gryphons will open their home slate on Thursday, September 10, against Lehman College at 5:00 p.m. at the Sarah Lawrence Courts.

The program is coming off a strong 2025 campaign, recording its best finish since the 2021 season. The Gryphons finished 6-7 overall and 2-5 in Skyline Conference play. In 2021, Sarah Lawrence posted a 10-4 overall record and went 4-2 in conference play, earning its first Skyline Conference Championship and making the program's first appearance in the NCAA Tournament.

The Gryphons will rely on veteran junior Josephine Jackson, who went 4-8 overall in 2025 and finished 2-4 while competing on the first and second courts. Jackson was named Skyline Conference Rookie of the Week twice in 2024 and earned 2024 Skyline All-Conference Second Team honors. She was also selected to the 2025 Skyline All-Sportsmanship Team and earned Skyline Academic Honor Roll recognition last season.

Sarah Lawrence will also look to seniors Caroline He and Neomi Spellman to step up in 2026. He was named to the 2024 Skyline All-Sportsmanship Team and the 2024 and 2025 Skyline Academic Honor Roll. Spellman was named to the Skyline Academic Honor Roll in 2023 and 2025.
