2015: Ran in four races … posted season-best 8K time of 34:10 at Bard Invitational (Sept. 19) before missing next three meets due to injury … returned to action with time of 37:24 in his only Skyline Championship appearance (Oct. 25).
2013: HVIAC All-Academic … awarded Most Valuable Player … ran in all seven races … No. 1 Gryphon finisher in six of the year’s meets … took third-place overall at Purchase College (9/7), opening the season with a time of 33:36.3 … ran season and career best of 29:58 at HVIAC Championship (10/20) … medalist in the HVIAC Championship (10/20), finishing 17th overall … HVIAC Honor Roll (9/ 10, 9/17, 9/24, 10/1,10/ 8).
2012: HVMAC All-Conference … team MVP … ran in all seven races, finishing as the No. 1 Gryphon in each of the last six … named HVMAC Runner of the Week on Sept. 18 after completing LIU Post (9/15) course in 32:50.9 … selected as HVMAC Rookie of the Week on Oct. 9 … ran season-best time of 31:10 at Connecticut College Invite (10/13) … named to HVMAC Honor Roll three times: Sept. 25, Oct. 2 and Oct. 16 … finished as top first-year runner, 11th place overall, with time of 31:31 at HVMAC Championship (10/21).
