Sarah Lawrence College Athletics

2013-14: IHSA All-Academic First Team … Coaches Award … collected 10 ribbons … at the Marist/Vassar Show (9/28) and the SLC/Drew Show (10/6), placed fourth in the Novice Fences and fifth in the Novice Flat ... collected three consecutive yellow ribbons, placing third at the William Peterson Show (10/27), and All-Region Shows (11/3 and 11/10).

2012-13: SLC All-Academic … began season with five straight ribbons at Advanced Walk-Trot-Canter … earned third place at Marist (Oct. 21) and Oct. 28 All-Region Show … qualified out of Advanced WTC with third-place showing at Nov. 11 All-Region Show … earned six more ribbons, with four at Novice over Fences and two at Novice on the Flat … took third place at Marist/Bard Show (Feb. 16) riding on the flat … represented SLC at Zone 3 Region 3 Championships (March 9).

Outside the Ring: Concentrating in literature, both English and Spanish.

High School: Rode and showed in North Texas (Hunt seat and jumping) … rowed crew as freshman.

Personal: Parents are Karen and John Meder … hobbies include snowboarding and skiing … plans to be a high-school English teacher … speaks Spanish.
