2015-16 Student-Athlete Advisory Committee Gryphon Award Winner

2016-17: Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar Team … rowed 3-seat in 4+ boat and 7-seat in 8+ boat at Head of the Schuylkill (Oct. 29) … rowed No. 2 seat in varsity 4+ and No. 6 in novice 8+ boat at Vassar (April 15) … rowed No. 2 seat in varsity 4+ boat at Spring MIRA Championships (April 29).

2015-16: Team MVP … named to Sarah Lawrence All-Academic Team … received SLC Leadership Award … recipient of Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Gryphon Award … team captain … rowed in No. 6 seat of Varsity 8+ and No. 2 seat of Varsity 4+ at 2016 MIRA Spring Championships (April 23).

2014-15: Studied abroad at Oxford University … competed as member of Wadham College W2 boat.

2013-14: Received team Coaches Award … SLC All-Academic … one of only two Gryphons to row in all eight varsity races, including fall and spring … took up primary position in stroke seat … coxed novice boat at Fall MIRA Championships (11/2) and Spring MIRA Championships (4/12).

2012-13: One of only two Gryphons to race in the fall and spring seasons … appeared in eight of the team’s 10 races … rowed stroke seat in all three fall races … rowed as No. 7 in spring opener against Iona (3/9) before returning to the stroke seat for her five other spring races.

Off the Water: Pursuing MA in child development … 2016 graduate of Sarah Lawrence, concentrating in pre-medicine, child psychology and neuroscience … studying African literature, sociology and photography.

High School: Participated in fencing, cross country and dance.

Personal: Aspires to be a pediatrician or clinical psychologist.
