Brittany Aiello was named Head Coach for Crew in February 2015.
Before SLC, Aiello served as the Middle School Program Director for Row New York, based in Queens, N.Y. There, she was responsible for developing an after-school rowing program for seventh and eighth-grade students. Aiello collaborated with local universities, libraries, YMCAs and recreational center to organize rowing-based programming including field trips and community service projects.
Aiello brings collegiate experience as a four-year NCAA Division I rower at University at Buffalo. She was a member of the Bulls' program from 2004-08 and team captain in '07-08. Aiello went on to serve as Assistant Coach of the University at Buffalo rowing team, assisting with training, conditioning and boathouse management.
Aiello also brings rowing experience as a coach with the West Side Rowing Club.
