A four-time Skyline Conference Coach of the Year winner, Drury joined the Gryphons after spending five seasons as the head coach of the men’s and women’s swim teams for Mount Saint Mary College.
While with the Knights, Drury was responsible for creating schedules, implementing training exercises, and organizing fundraising initiatives.
In addition to coaching, Drury served as the aquatics director for the athletic center’s pool. In that role, he oversaw the pool’s schedule, rental income, and safety protocols.Drury obtained his pool operator certification while at Mount Saint Mary, becoming well-versed in the best practices for maintaining quality pools.
Drury graduated with his B.S. in business administration and a minor in Hispanic language and culture from MSMC in 2010. In 2012, he earned his MBA from Mount Saint Mary College.
