Sophomore Riley Vuyovich led the Gryphons with five hits in three Skyline doubleheaders last week, launching two home runs in the process. The shortstop started the weekend with a 1-for-2 game against Mount Saint Mary that included a run and a walk. Against St. Joseph's, she hit a home run and batted in three runs to help the Gryphons to their first-ever win over the Lady Bears. She also homered in a 2-for-4 game against Old Wesbury. For the second season, Vuyovich leads the team in hits (34), batting average (.400), slugging (.682) and on-base percentage (.440)
