Jaster earned Hudson Valley Men's Athletic Conference (HVMAC) Runner of the Week honors after leading all Gryphons with his run at the LIU Post Invitational. His time of 32:50 on the 8 km course is a personal best at that distance by a margin of 1:41. Jaster ran a smart race on a demanding course with a large field of fast competition, which featured teams from all three divisions. He continues to perform as Sarah Lawrence's top male runner in the workouts, and he has brought that same tenacity to the races. Jaster becomes the second-straight Gryphon to capture the HVMAC Runner of the Week title.
