Spanbroek earned Hudson Valley Women's Athletic Conference (HVWAC) Player of the Week honors after posting 49 kills in five volleyball matches last week. She recorded three matches with double-digit kills, and the first-year outside hitter is currently the conference's leading attacker with 87 kills, averaging 2.35 kills per set. The Gryphon also led the team from the service line last week, with 20 aces against just six service errors. Her 13 kills and 8 aces against Maritime are both team bests on the year.
