Caleb Jaster earns Student-Athlete of the Week recognition after being named the Hudson Valley Men's Athletic Conference (HVMAC) Cross Country Rookie of the Week.

Jaster, a first-year runner, ran an impressive 31:55 at the RPI Saratoga Invitational against the toughest competition of the season. In the process of running a tactically smart race, he cut 55 seconds off his previous 8K best.
Jaster captured Rookie of the Week honors for the second time this season, and he has been recognized by the league for the third-straight week, having been named to the HVMAC Honor Roll on Oct. 2.
