Box Score BRONXVILLE, N.Y.—Sarah Lawrence College women's volleyball improved to 8-0 at home after sweeping SUNY College at Old Westbury, 3-0, in a Skyline match at Noyes Court at Campbell Sports Center on Sunday.

KEY MOMENTS
Sarah Lawrence took a 22-9 advantage in the opening set, but Old Westbury clawed back into the match by winning 12 straight and narrowing the gap to 22-21 before SLC closed out the frame, 25-21. The Gryphons took an 11-1 lead in the second set and kept their opponents from getting within five points for the remainder of the 25-19 set. The third and final set saw the Gryphons trailing throughout; Sarah Lawrence prevailed by winning the final five points of the match to clinch the sweep.

Rookie
Ellen Vild (Saratoga Springs, N.Y./Saratoga Springs) totaled a season-high 10 kills to lead all players in the match. Sophomore setter
CJ Kelley (Las Vegas, Nev./Basic) finished one kill shy of a triple-double after contributing nine kills, 14 assists and 10 digs. Senior
Clarisse Taboy (Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia/George School) posted 11 digs on defense, while rookie
Kayla Zaffrullah (Port St. Lucie, Fla./Treasure Coast) also hit double-figures with 11 digs in the match.
Rookie
Lauren Kilroy (King of Prussia, Pa./Country Day Sch. of the Sacred Heart) led the match with five service aces, helping the defense with nine digs. Senior
Monet Thibou (Brooklyn, N.Y./Elisabeth Irwin) added three kills for the Gryphons.
IN THE RECORD BOOK
With an 8-0 record at home, this year's Gryphons have tied the program record for consecutive home wins set in 2012. In addition, the team's four Skyline wins surpass the team's combined total from the program's first two seasons in the league in 2014 and '15.
