Box Score 2 ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y.—Sarah Lawrence College women's volleyball stole a set from both opponents but fell to Bard College and Maritime College (N.Y.) by identical 3-1 scores at Stevenson Athletic Center on Saturday.

AGAINST BARD
Four different Gryphons had multiple kills in the first set, helping Sarah Lawrence to a 25-21 win. Sophomore
CJ Kelley (Las Vegas, Nev./Basic) had three kills in the frame and went on to total seven kills and 24 assists. First year
Lauren Kilroy (King of Prussia, Pa./Country Day Sch. of the Sacred Heart) helped the defense with 24 digs, nine in the first set. Rookie
Francesca Kohani (Carlsbad, Calif./La Costa Canyon) led the Gryphons with 12 kills in the match, including four in the second set; she rounded out her first double-double with 13 digs in the match. As a team, the Gryphons had 10 kills and only one attack error in the fourth set, but it was not enough to overcome 16 kills from the Raptors.
AGAINST MARITIME
Kohani landed six kills to help SLC win the first set, 25-17. The match shifted in the second set as the Privateers scored 14 kills compared to the Gryphons' five. Senior
Yolanda Lyne Cando (Arlington, Va./H-B Woodlawn) scored four kills in the third set, but the match was closed out when Sarah Lawrence was held to three kills in the final frame. Kohani earned her second collegiate double-double on 12 kills and 11 digs in the match.
ON THE DAY
Other top performances included five kills by senior

Clarisse Taboy (Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia/George School) finished the day with seven kills and 13 digs to her credit.
