BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – In the final non-conference contest of 2017, the Sarah Lawrence women's basketball team suffered a 53-28 loss to Pratt Sunday at Campbell Sports Center.

RECAP
The Cannoneers scored the first six points of the quarter, taking a 14-7 advantage into the second period. Pratt opened up a 12-point lead in the second quarter (19-7), but Sarah Lawrence trimmed the deficit to nine heading into halftime (25-16).
Pratt pulled away in the second half, outscoring the Gryphons 28-12 to pick up the win. Three players finished in double-figures for the Cannoneers, including Ann Bryce, who recorded a team-best 14 points.
Taryn Penna (Sparta, N.J./Sparta) recorded her fourth double-double of the season, finishing with game-highs in points (15) and rebounds (17). Her 17 rebounds are a new career-high.
Tess Carrier (Los Angeles, Calif./Palos Verdes) finished with seven points and a career-best 15 rebounds, while
Kaylin Yamada (Los Angeles, Calif./St. Paul) contributed five points and five boards.
