RIVERDALE, N.Y. – Sarah Lawrence College junior
Austin Jones (Upper Marlboro, Md./Flint Hill School) became the program's all-time assists leader Tuesday in a 65-44 loss at Mount Saint Vincent at Peter Jay Sharp Center.

Sarah Lawrence played an inspired first half, taking it to the Skyline's top squad. The Gryphons limited the Dolphins to 22 first-half points, a season-low. Sarah Lawrence did a great job moving the ball around in the opening period en route to scoring 32 points. Coming off a career-high 27 points in a win against Maritime,
Enike Anyia (Los Angeles, Calif./Wilbraham & Monson Academy) picked up where he left off, posting 14 points and six rebounds.
The contest became a tale of two halves in the second period, as Mount Saint Vincent, winners of five straight games, got it going offensively. The Gryphons struggled to score in the second half, opening the door for a 13-1 Dolphins run to give them the lead. Mount Saint Vincent went on to outscore Sarah Lawrence 43-12 in the second half, cruising to its sixth consecutive victory.

Jones recorded four assists in the game, passing
Graham Gilleran (San Francisco, Calif./Archbishop Riordan) (174) for the most assists in school history. The junior guard now stands alone with 176 career assists.
BJ Sanders (Silver Spring, Md./Georgetown Prep) finished with eight points and four rebounds, while
Kaleb Robinson (Las Vegas, Nev./Deerfield Academy (Mass.)) contributed six points and four assists. Jones,
Malin Segal (Wenham, Mass./Concord Academy) and
Luke O'Connor (Northport, N.Y./The Stony Brook School) each scored five points apiece.
