PATCHOGUE, N.Y. – Colin Berg and
Aaron Britton found the back of the net on Saturday, but it wasn't enough, as the Sarah Lawrence men's soccer team lost a 7-2 decision at St. Joseph's Long Island at Danzi Stadium.

RECAP
St. Joseph's Long Island scored six of its goals in the opening half of play. Rayneri Ruiz gave the Golden Eagles a 1-0 lead in the 13th minute and made it a 2-0 contest 16 seconds later.
Britton scored his second collegiate goal in the 17th minute, finishing a cross from
Mohamed Camara.
The Golden Eagles struck again in the 38th minute, as Shayne Johnson scored off an assist from Ruiz. Vincent Raccuglia scored for St. Joseph's 1:20 later, while Ricardo Zapata scored in the 43rd minute. Kyle Conway increased the margin in the 44th minute off a low cross into the box from Justin Busto. Busto scored a goal of his own in the 55th minute off a corner kick from Alan Ponieman.
Berg scored his third goal of the year in the 76th minute, chipping the ball over the keeper after playing a cross from
George Scott.
Matteo Romano and
Aaron Ashery played one half apiece in the contest, combining to make eight stops.
