Bombara Leads Women’s Cross Country at Skyline Championships

MILTON, N.Y. – The Sarah Lawrence women's cross country team finished eighth among 11 squads on Thursday at the Skyline Cross Country Championships at Hudson Valley Sportsdome.

RECAP
Janey Bombara was the first Gryphon to cross the finish line, completing the course 30:59. Fernanda Standora was the next individual to finish, posting a time of 31:11.

Lea Perry finished the race in 33:57, followed by Caroline Beegan (37:43), Lia Lewine (37:56), Natalie Wyse (38:34), Sasha Madden (41:59) and Sixian Song (42:12).

Overall, Sarah Lawrence finished ahead of conference foes Old Westbury, St. Joseph's Brooklyn and Mount Saint Vincent.
