Men’s Soccer Falls 3-0 at Lehman

BRONX, N.Y. – The Sarah Lawrence College men's soccer team opened the 2019 season Friday with a road match against Lehman College at Lehman College South Field. The Gryphons were defeated by the Lightening by a 3-0 score.

RECAP
Lehman, picked second in the CUNYAC Preseason Poll, took a 1-0 lead in the 22nd minute, following a shot off a corner kick that squeaked past the keeper and into the net.

The Lightening scored twice more in the second half, scoring in the 69th minute and 81st minute. Lehman finished with 18 shot attempts in the match.

Sarah Lawrence finished with five shots, including three attempts on frame. Tristan Moehs put two shots on goal in the loss.
