YONKERS, N.Y. – Sarah Lawrence first-year
Niki Dalrymple recorded her second hat trick of the season Sunday, as the Gryphons women's soccer team defeated Pratt, 6-0, at Fleming Field. With the win, Sarah Lawrence improves to 5-2 overall this season.

Sarah Lawrence scored quickly, as
Lily Halloway gave the Gryphons a 1-0 lead 3:25 into the match, finishing a through ball from
Tiffany McBrayer to the high post.
McBrayer made it a 2-0 contest in the 25th minute, blasting a shot from 25 yards out over the outstretched arms of the goalkeeper and into the net.
Dalrymple's first goal of the match came in the 40th minute.
Madison Rosandich threw the ball inbounds to Dalrymple, who made a move past her defender before ripping a shot from the top of the box over the keeper to the high post.
Dalrymple's second goal of the evening came unassisted in the 54th minute, knocking in a low shot to the bottom left corner.
Classmate Lainie Cadiuex found the back of the net for the second time this season in the 68th minute, flicking in a header following a corner kick from McBrayer. Dalrymple completed the hat trick 1:48 later, finishing to the far post off a service from Cadiuex.
Sarah Lawrence controlled the ball for much of the match, outshooting the Cannoneers 26-4, including a 15-4 margin in attempts on target.
Emily Cornejo earned victory No. 3 in goal, finishing with four saves, highlighted by a stop in the 83rd minute to preserve her second clean sheet of the season.
Sarah Lawrence has now beaten Pratt in back-to-back meetings, outscoring the Cannonners, 10-0.
During the match, the two teams wore rainbow shoelaces as part of the United Soccer Coaches #PlayWithPride week initiative, supporting athletes and coaches of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
