NEWBURGH, N.Y. | Sophomore guard
Camryn Davis shot 8-for-17 from the field en route to a team-best 20 points and game-high 10 rebounds Tuesday night at the Kaplan Center, as the Sarah Lawrence College women's basketball team fell in Skyline Conference action at first-place Mount Saint Mary College, 80-42.

Demitra Loukopoulos added 16 points for the visiting Gryphons, and tied for the team lead with
Ana Srdanovic by swiping two steals apiece. First-year guard
Jordyn Medina pulled in eight caroms on the glass for SLC.
Sarah Lawrence got five-consecutive points from Davis followed by a jumper in the paint from Loukopoulos to take a 7-5 lead 3-plus minutes into the first quarter. Mount Saint Mary then went in front, before a Srdanovic jumper and pair of shots at the charity stripe late by Davis brought SLC to within a 13-11 count at the first break.Â
The Gryphons continued their run by scoring the first six points of the second period to go in front 17-13 two minutes in, before the hosts ultimately took the lead for good and carried a 30-19 advantage into halftime.
