Box Score BRONXVILLE, N.Y. - The Sarah Lawrence men's tennis team completed their 2023 Skyline schedule on Saturday afternoon as they hosted the Skyline-leading Manhattanville Valiants. The Gryphons fell by a score of 9-0 as the top-ranked Valiants swept the match.

Reigning Skyline rookie of the week Clayton Miller and his duo partner Simon Kopecky fell 8-2 before the Valiants took both of the other doubles matchups in shutout 8-0 sets. 

Miller fell in first singles by scores of 6-3 and 6-2 while Vance Johnson and Peter Fathi both fell by scores of 6-0 and 6-1 in their respective flights. The remainder of singles flights were shut out by 6-0 scores in straight sets as Manhattanville showed why they lead the conference with an unblemished 7-0 record.

The Gryphons (1-9, Skyline 0-7) will wrap up their 2023 season with a non-conference matchup against Bard College on Monday night. The Gryphons will also celebrate senior day prior to the start of the match, which is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. in Bronxville, N.Y.
