Gryphons Play Valiants Close in First-Ever Men's Volleyball Matchup

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. - The Sarah Lawrence men's volleyball team fell to the Manhattanville Valiants in three sets on Monday night in Bronxville. The Gryphons fell in close sets, falling 25-21, 25-20 and 25-16.

Top Performers
  • Nate Davis led the Gryphons with a match-high 17 kills, adding in seven digs and two block assists
  • Derek Hickman converted on two of his four attacks and added two block assists and two digs to his two kills
  • Kian Silva racked up 18 assists in addition to four digs, a block assist and a service ace
  • Jason Ryan Ciron led the team with 14 digs in the losing effort
