This year's summit will feature renowned speakers and trailblazers in athletics, including our keynote speaker: Betsy Butterick

Keynote Topic: Coaching and Working with Gen Z

Betsy is a seasoned pro who uses the transformative power of communication to build high-performing teams. In her current role Betsy supports individuals where they are and helps them to grow and evolve. Betsy grew up playing all sports and was a collegiate basketball player. Additionally, we are excited to host the following breakout session speakers:

• Dr. Sarah Manspeaker - Associate Professor in the Department of Athletic Training at Duquesne University & Medical Director for Special Olympics of Pennsylvania Winter Games

Dr. Manspeaker is a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Athletic Training at Duquesne University. She also serves as the Medical Director for the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania Winter Games. Dr. Manspeaker is published extensively on topics related to interprofessional practice, athletic training eduction and the infusion of evidence into clinical practice. She has presented on the regional, national and international level.

• Dr. Pamela Wojnar - Experienced Athletic Administrator, Coach, and Educator

Dr. Wojnar is currently the Associate Teaching Professor in the Master of Sports Leadership Program at Northeastern University. She has previously held the position of athletic director, head women's basketball coach, SID, championship director and compliance officer. She has been a leadership facilitator for NCAA programs and served on multiple conference, institutional and NCAA committees.

• Marci Sheunig - 2023 National Championship-winning Field Hockey Coach at Kutztown University

Marci is currently entering into her 11th season as the Head Field Hockey Coach at Kutztown University. During the 2023 season Marci lead her team to the university's first NCAA championship. Marci has previously been named PSAC Coach of the Year and Kutztown University Women's Coach of the year. Marci and her staff were named the NFHCA Staff of the Year for both 2023 and 2024 and she has coached two straight Elite 90 winners as well as four All-Americans.
