SWARTHMORE, PENN. - The Sarah Lawrence women's soccer team fell to the Garnet of Swarthmore College on Saturday afternoon. The Gryphons fell behind on a first-half penalty kick goal before a duo of scores in the second half secured the win for the hosts.

How it Happened
The Garnet struck first in the 20th minute on a penalty kick by Celia Kanellakos and doubled their lead in the second half when Lauren Roche headed home a corner in the 54th minute. Swarthmore capped the scoring in the 76th minute with a goal from Stella Saad. The Gryphons were limited to just two shots, one on goal from Barker, while goalkeeper Vaca made six saves to keep the team within reach. Despite a solid defensive effort, Sarah Lawrence was unable to break through against a Swarthmore side that finished with a 22–2 shot advantage and eight corner kicks.
