YONKERS, N.Y. - The Sarah Lawrence men's soccer team continued their strong 2025 campaign with a 2-2 showing against Albertus Magnus on Saturday night. The Gryphons pulled ahead after a scoreless first half thanks to
Peter Miles's third score of the young season.

How it Happened
After a scoreless first half,
Peter Miles put the Gryphons ahead in the 55th minute, but the Falcons quickly equalized through Ryan Wargo.
Morris Monaco Collins then restored the lead for SLC in the 70th minute off a feed from Miles, before Albertus Magnus answered with a penalty kick goal by Aiden Coelho just three minutes later. Despite playing the final 15 minutes a man down, the Gryphons held strong defensively to preserve the tie.

The Gryphons (1-1-1) will return to action on Monday night as they welcome the Cougars of Medgar Evers to Fleming Field. The two teams will kick off at 7:00 p.m. as the Gryphons look to stay undefeated at home early in the season.
